This mission drives our team of highly-qualified teachers, administrators, board members, and support staff to be forward-looking and embrace change and innovation. To be educators who are dedicated to the academic growth and emotional, physical, and social well-being of every student. To be leaders in developing and delivering the top-quality, innovative curriculum, programs, and facilities necessary to teach all of our students in grades Preschool-12 to think and live well.

Our entire learning community is focused on providing Personalized Learning, Premiere Programs and Facilities, and Educational Excellence for all.

• Personalized Learning: We embrace the unique talents, needs, abilities, and goals of ALL learners. We strive to provide opportunities for everyone to grow, thrive, and prepare for success in all of life’s vocations. Small class sizes provide for more personalized attention. Learning plans incorporate character education and teamwork and emphasize college and career readiness from an early age with the development of problem-solving, goal-setting, strategic thinking, and communication skills. We offer ample resources and opportunities to meet the unique educational needs of all students, including gifted and talented programming, Advanced Placement (AP) coursework, special education, English as a Second Language (ESL) program, 1:1 technology for all students in grades K-12, and more.

• Premiere Programs & Facilities: We are blessed by a community that supports educational excellence. It has provided us with incredible school and athletic facilities, spacious fields and playgrounds, and ample amenities that set the stage for the plethora of premiere academic, athletic, and co-curricular programs we offer. Along with cognitive development, we aim for our students to be well-rounded individuals and provide them with ample opportunities to excel in the classroom, as well as in career and technical education, the fine arts, athletics, and other activities.

• Educational Excellence: Achieving educational excellence for our students starts with our staff. Lake Geneva Schools has a tremendous faculty who are experts in their field! More than 72% of our teaching staff have master’s degrees, and many have achieved national board certifications. Professional development for our staff is a top priority in our districts. Our educators participate in Professional Learning Communities (PLCs), which provide pathways to continuous improvement, best practice sharing, improved instruction, enhanced student achievement, and continual focus on the development of the whole child.
