Maple Park School Received $550,000 GrantMaple Park School is the recipient of a grant totaling $550,000 over four years from the U.S. Department of Education. The competitive grant is part of a five-year, $95 million grant to support quality charter schools in Wisconsin. 

The children enrolled in Maple Park Charter School will benefit from the grant. “Maple Park is a blended approach of virtual and face-to-face components,” said Jan Eckola, Director of Curriculum & Instruction for Lake Geneva Schools. “Maple Park is for families who want to teach their child at home, but want the dedicated support of the public school,” she said. Maple Park School is unique in that children are also enriched with opportunities in visual arts, music, physical education and STEM.
