SAFETY TOWN 2024

Time: Choice of MORNING SESSION from 8:30 am - 11:30 am OR AFTERNOON SESSION from 12:45 pm - 3:45 pm
Where: Lake Geneva Middle School (600 N. Bloomfield Rd. Lake Geneva)

What is Safety Town? 
Safety town is an early childhood safety education program designed for children who are at least 5 years of age and who are entering 5K kindergarten in the Fall. During a 12 hour program (3 hours per day for 4 days), children learn safety behavior under the guidance of certified teachers and qualified professionals such as firefighters and police personnel. Children will also learn traffic and bike safety by driving their "cars" in Safety Town. Learning experiences are designed to be fun and non-threatening, so children look forward to every day of Safety Town.

BREWERS BASEBALL ACADEMY SUMMER CAMP
The official summer camp of the Brewers is back! The Brewers Baseball Academy is back and better than ever. These week-long camps are the perfect blend of terrific instruction and unforgettable Brewers experience. Camps are open to all ballplayers ages 6 to 14. Each camp runs Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 3 PM beginning July 8th-12th @ Veterans Park.

WALWORTH COUNTY 4-H
4-H is a youth organization that belongs to the members, their families, and the volunteer leaders that make 4-H possible. Professional leadership is provided by University of Wisconsin-Extension Youth Development faculty. The goal of 4-H is youth development.

4-H is for kids in the 3rd grade through one year after graduation from high school. Younger youth may join as Cloverbuds when they are in K-2 and at least 5 years old.

Members choose a club close to home and attend club meetings once a month. They may select one or more projects from over 50 areas such as rockets, photography, animals, cooking or nature. Members work on their projects during the year and then exhibit them at the Walworth County Fair.

Each 4-H family receives a monthly newsletter listing dozens of 4-H events and activities that the member and his or her family can take part if they choose.

COVENANT HARBOR
Covenant Harbor is a place for both winter and summer youth camps where they serve thousands of kids from all over the United States. Their  52 acres on the north shore of Geneva Lake were historically the site of an exclusive private estate. In this beautiful setting, Covenant Harbor has established a long tradition of personal, caring service to individuals, churches, schools and non-profit organizations. TREE HOUSE CHILD AND FAMILY CENTER

The Tree House Child and Family Center provides child abuse awareness, prevention, and education, and training programs to the people of Walworth County. The Tree House also works to establish relationships with community partners, such as law enforcement, medical professionals, mental health professionals, educators, the district attorney's office, corporation counsel, child protective services, and more. NEW BEGINNINGS APFV

New Beginnings APFV provides comprehensive, compassionate support and services to people affected by domestic abuse, sexual violence, stalking, harassment and human trafficking. This includes crisis intervention, legal advocacy, safety planning, individual counseling, housing advocacy, children's services, medical advocacy and information and referral to other relevant community resources.

BADGER YOUTH FOOTBALL REGISTRATION (4th-8th Grades)
Registration is now open for the Badger Youth Football 2024-25 Season! Please note, you must register your players for the grade they will enter in the fall of 2024. JR. BADGER BASEBALL & SOFTBALL REGISTRATION

We're a community based, competitive development travel team associated with Badger High School baseball and softball. Home fields are turf along with an indoor facility for workouts and practice.
